What We Do

We provide traditional retail and hospitality businesses a white-label solution to engage with their customers in real time; bringing together mobile payments, loyalty, and messaging aimed to improve the customer journey, driving footfall and increasing operational efficiency.

Amongst our customers are Taylor St. Baristas - who have been at the forefront of the specialty coffee revolution in London. The impact that the Taylor St. app has had on their business has been spectacular - with a quarter of all purchases in their busiest store during peak times being made via the PepperHQ powered app.

Whilst we always come together as a team at least once a week, we are supportive of remote working and understand that being productive is more important than being present.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with a 30 minute introduction call so that you can learn more about Pepper and the role; and so that we can learn more about your experience and personal goals.

If we both decide that there is a mutual fit then we'll schedule a video call for a technical screen with a member of the Product Delivery team. Depending on the role, this may include a live coding exercise.

Finally, on-site interviews will comprise the following:

  • Interview to learn more about your ‘soft skills’ and to give you a chance to learn more about Pepper.
  • Meet with several key stakeholders on the team during which you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn what it is really like to be a member of the team.
